C. O. D. orders are available in Canada only, with a minimum order value of $50.00 before taxes. All C. O. D. shipments carry an additional $7.25 fee.
We put a good deal of emphasis on personal service and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss any questions you may have by phone. Nobody here will try to sell you something you don't need and you will not be pressured in any way.
We're available by phone six days a week from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Atlantic Time, as well as Friday evenings during the salmon season, but never on a Sunday.
We regret that we are usually not able to answer detailed questions by Email.

A WORD ABOUT PRICES
We hold firmly to the Christian principles of quality, fairness and consistency in our pricing, service and selection. We do not offer any additional quantity, volume, seasonal or trade discounts. While we must reserve the right to increase prices without notice, we make every effort to do so only when absolutely necessary. |
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We're confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products, but if something doesn't suit, please return it unused and in its original packaging within seven days if a refund is required. There is less urgency if an exchange or credit is required but promptness is appreciated. Used or defective products may not be returned for credit or refund without notification, as most warranty claims are handled by the manufacturers. |
SPECIAL ORDERS
We are happy to consider special ordering merchandise from most of our suppliers, wherever possible, with the exception of those companies who require significant advance notice or substantial minimum orders. Please call or fax for specific details and prices on items not listed. Time sensitive special orders cannot be considered as delivery to us is always unpredictable. We do request that special ordered items be of a value greater than $100.00 and we require a non refundable deposit of 50% by either credit card or money order before placing the order. |
